MM oversaw every detail—from navigating the Museum’s complex logistics and restricted access schedule to designing and installing a custom stage beneath the Milstein Hall of Ocean Life. Dynamic lighting, seamless audio-visual integration, and precision run-of-show management ensured each moment—from red carpet arrivals to the after party—unfolded flawlessly. Elegant décor, immersive guest touchpoints, and subtle brand storytelling tied the LegaCCy Foundation’s mission beautifully into the evening’s atmosphere.
